Stakeholder management is the process by which you organize, monitor and improve your relationships with stakeholders.
This includes the systematic identification of stakeholders; analyze needs and expectations; it consists of the process of planning and carrying out various tasks to deal with them. A good stakeholder management process will be the means by which you can coordinate your interactions and assess the status and quality of your relationships with various stakeholders.
Types of stakeholders:
